Scholarship Renewals

Re-Qualifying Criteria

Scholarship checks are issued annually in July. Students are required to pick up the first scholarship installment, along with their laptop computer, from the SWM office.

In order to receive the remaining annual disbursements, students MUST provide the following information by July 1st :
  • a copy of their transcript showing that they were a full time student with 12 hours or better and earned a GPA of 2.0 or better for the prior Spring Semester
  • Proof of registration as a full-time student for the upcoming Fall Semester showing full time status with at least 12 hours
  • A student update form must be completed. Click here to download the information update form.

The above 3 items must be faxed, emailed or mailed to the contact information and a check will be mailed in July.
